K & R Consulting, Inc, founded in 1997, provides customers with customized solutions to solve IT and business challenges. We are located in Woodstock Georgia, just outside of metro Atlanta. We provide a quality product and dependable service at an affordable price to customers. K & R is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), providing customers with affordable, unique, sustainable IT solutions. We are focused on providing services for commercial and government healthcare providers, Two of our strongest areas of support are the delivery of a Vista-based Electronic Healthcare Record system and fully supported medical transcription and coding services.  We can deliver a turnkey Vista solution across a broad spectrum of medical facilities ranging from large metropolitan hospitals to local rural hospitals and clinics.  Our delivery includes a fully operational computerized patient record system with interfaces with lab, pharmacy, and radiology, along with coding and billing processes. 

We further strengthened our ability to provide “total solution” and full service support to our customers with the recent acquisition/merger with Heart of Georgia Health Information Services, Inc. 

Now in addition to the VISTA and customized IT service specialists, our team now includes highly trained and motivated medical transcriptionists and coders as well as a management team with years of experience working with the VA and commercial health providers.

These professionals are trained and experienced in both government and industry standards and managed by our staff of credentialed Health Information Management professionals, who are experts in providing quality transcription services in the government and private sectors. All our services are provided by in-house and do not rely on third party intervention to enhance or sustain day–to-day operations.
